this took me forever, i kept painting layers over layers.... and of course painted with housepaint over the same muslin flat that i painted the 3 other large paintings on.

I painted this with the muslin on the ground and my paintbrush taped to the end of a long bamboo stick so i wouldn't have to bend over...

top half is my painted interpretation of wood, and the bottom half is my painted interpretation of marble. All done with regular cheap housepaint mixed with water.
